ALICE'S
WRITING
From digital marketing to training guides, I produce in-depth content that display exceptionally detailed copywriting, as well as intricate visualizations to match.
Digital Marketing
From landing pages to banner ads, I create content that captures the viewers’ attention and drives the point across.
Most examples of my copywriting are integrated into the landing pages, microsites, and banner ads that I also implement the design and development for. The copy range from taglines to short articles about various topics such as products, education, and inspiration.
Many of the PowerPoint presentations that I have developed are for internal use, incorporating in-depth data charts and visual graphics that align with business objectives. Since those presentations contain sensitive information, I am not able to share them. The samples below are demo pieces I created for interviews.

Technical Writing
From user stories to process guides, I cover all details to ensure proper implementation and knowledge transfer.
Many of the technical documents that I have created were for internal use only, so I am limited to what I can share. However the ones I included below have been altered to be generic and do not reveal any sensitive information. Types of documents that I have experience in producing but are not limited to include:
- User stories
- Business requirement documents
- Standard operating procedure documents
- Design styleguides and process documents
- Training manuals
- Governance and policy documents

Education & Training
Focused in continuing education and professional development, my in-depth guides have been highly utilized to train others.
During my time as an adjunct instructor at Baruch College – Department of Continuing Education, I had developed my own lesson plans and educational handouts covering Adobe Flash (now known as Adobe Animate) animation and Actionscript coding. While I only taught for 2 semesters at Baruch, my skills for authoring detailed instructional material were further utilized at my employment at Canon. I continued to develop training guides for various processes, from design guides to system user manuals. I believe that if well documented, anyone can learn new things through written material if hands-on training is not an option. I ensure that my detailed documentation accommodates all levels of technology users. Note – due to the sensitivity of information, I am not able to provide any works from my employment at Canon.
